2. Returns Process & Eligibility
We accept returns for items under the following conditions:

  • Condition:‌ The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition. This means:
    • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact and included.
    • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or use.
    • For multi-tools and gadgets, all components must be present and fully functional.
  • Non-Returnable Items:‌ For hygiene and safety reasons, ‌foldable cups that have been used or show any signs of liquid contact cannot be returned.‌ All other items must be returned in pristine, as-new condition.

3. Important: “No Refund-Only” Policy
A core tenet of this policy is our ‌strict “No Refund-Only” rule. We do not offer refunds without the physical return of the eligible item.

  • Process:‌ To receive any monetary reimbursement, you ‌must‌ first successfully return the eligible item to us. Our team will inspect the returned product upon receipt at our operational center. ‌Only after the item has been received and verified to meet our return conditions will a refund be processed.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the package to the address we provide. ‌You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  4. Inspection & Resolution:‌ Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status. If approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds (After Approved Return)
Upon approval of your return:
