2. Shipping Destinations & Processing Time
We are proud to ship our tough, harsh-condition proof gear to customers across New Zealand and internationally.
- Domestic (New Zealand): We deliver to all valid addresses within New Zealand, including the South Island, North Island, and offshore islands.
- International: We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. This allows us to ensure your innovative, practical outdoor boosts are carefully packed and ready for their journey to you.
3. Shipping Methods, Timeframes & Costs
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your gear. The estimated delivery timeframes commence after the order has been processed and left our fulfillment center. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your account on www.thecupofsun.com to view order status and tracking details.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International Orders: For shipments outside New Zealand, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are collected by the delivering carrier or local authorities upon arrival.
- Estimation: We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate potential fees before ordering. CUP OF SUN LIMITED cannot be held liable for these additional charges, and refusal to pay them may result in the shipment being returned or abandoned. Returned shipments due to unpaid duties are subject to restocking fees.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy & Order Changes
- Accuracy is Critical: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Address Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at azurebreeze@thecupofsun.com or call +64 (4) 476 3036. We will attempt to modify your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
7. Undeliverable, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or refusal at the destination, we will contact you. A refund for the product(s) will be issued, minus the original and return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors and your local postal depot. For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan), please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product. Contact us at azurebreeze@thecupofsun.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
